An explanation of how your character gets in contact with House Mockinghart here follows:

In the criminal underworld, word on the street is, someone is attempting to gather individuals with ambitions, initiative and the patience for a unified organization and who can look beyond man-made concepts as "Moral" and "Laws".
Especially a name keeps surfacing - The Mifupa, the Tanaris-translation of "The Bones", led by Father Shetani also known as the Lich-Prince of Deserts.

It is said that in order to get in contact with the organization, you have to hang a dried liver of any animal (or person) above of the tavern entrance on the tavern in Raven Hill, in Darkshire - the liver should contain preserved papers of who you are and how you can be contacted.

Afterwards, the interested will be contacted with further details.
Normally, Isaak will then ask them to meet at a particular place through a piece of paper or a letter - the interested should come unarmed and alone.
The whole "The Mifupa Cult" is a smoke-screen to filter out potential spies, and the interested individual will get to know the unofficial details about House Mockinghart and offered to join by Isaak himself.
Should she or he refuse, Isaak will depart without second notice - the individual in question has no witnesses of what he heard anyway, so the risk is minimal.
Should she or he accept, he or she will receive a parcel containing all the necessary things needed to be a proper member of House Mockinghart.
